Boarding for all Catalina public events is from Catalina Jetty - 172 Gympie Terrace, Noosaville, QLD.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Event Terms (Terms) govern your attendance at public events held by Saltwater Noosa Pty Ltd T/A Catalina Noosa. It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to boarding the vessel. By boarding, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and will provide the most recent version with your quotation. Throughout these Terms, the terms "Catalina Noosa", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Saltwater Noosa Pty Ltd and its associated entities, and "you" refers to the individual or business attending the event.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

All ticketed events are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable within 7 days of the event. If you are unable to attend your selected event within 7 days of the event date, please get in touch with our events team to arrange a credit. No refunds or credits will be considered for claims after the departure date. Extenuating circumstances may be excepted at the Events Manager's discretion.

Note - Expiry of credits is 12 months from date of issue.

EVENT CANCELLATION

We require a minimum number of 25 Adults to run our cruises. Therefore, we kindly ask you to understand and keep in mind that we may need to cancel the cruise and reschedule you to another day. Please keep an eye on your booking to ensure it is a confirmed cruise. If we cancel your cruise, you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled date.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Catalina Noosa and it's representatives (including contracted security where applicable) reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest or group who:

i) is reasonably suspected of being unduly intoxicated or suspected of being likely to become unduly intoxicated (alcohol or drugs)

ii) behaves in a manner that would constitute a Public Nuisance whilst in line of sight of the venue

iii) engages in loud, obnoxious, unruly or anti-social behaviour Permission to board Catalina Noosa is ultimately at the discretion of the Master (Captain) and any patron may be denied entry at their instruction.

CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE (PASSENGER) GUIDELINES

1. Operation of the vessel and any of its equipment is restricted to the Master and Crew of Catalina Noosa.

2. The Master (Captain), crew and security personnel of Catalina Noosa have total discretion as to the operation of the vessel including passenger loading, vessel route, carriage of goods, Responsible Service of Alcohol, acceptable conduct of passengers and the disembarkation of any offensive or intoxicated passengers.

3. All passengers are carried at their own risk. Saltwater Noosa Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility or liability for any injury suffered whilst boarding, aboard or disembarking from any of its vessels.

4. Due to the unpredictable nature of the marine environment, on rare occasions cruises may extend beyond the scheduled conclusion time. We will always endeavour to stick as close as possible to our proposed timings but the Master (Captain) ultimately determines boarding and alighting times to ensure safe passage of all passengers and guests.

5. Guests observed to engage in any of the following behaviours may have bar service restricted (1st instance) or be removed from the venue (subsequent instance):

i) Smoking or vaping

ii) Illicit substance use or more than one patron in bathrooms

iii) Unruly, loud or anti-social behaviour incl. chanting, swearing, singing over entertainment, mistreatment of vessel or equipment

iv) Rapid drinking or signs of undue intoxication; slurring, staggering/falling, unpredictable behaviour

If at any time the behaviour of patrons or the overall level of intoxication is assessed by Catalina Noosa personnel and contractors to be negatively impacting customer experience or increasing the risk of a marine incident the cruise may be terminated. Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances.

Finally, we all know how to have a good time, but please respect our neighbours and the public by keeping noise to a minimum when embarking and disembarking the vessel.

WAIVER OF CONSENT

Catalina Noosa has CCTV throughout and also films and photographs every event. You consent to being filmed or photographed by Catalina Noosa (or its representatives) and to Catalina Noosa using your name, likeness, image and/or voice in such photographs or films for the purpose of promoting our events, services, and products as well as for security and legal purposes. No remuneration is payable for any use thereof and permission will not be sought.
