To make your experience stress-free, we offer a variety of simple yet delicious packages on Catalina, ensuring no one leaves hungry or thirsty. While Catalina is ideal for cocktail-style service with roaming canapés and substantial bites, seated dining can also be a spectacular choice for smaller, intimate groups. After Parties & Recoveries

Even with your event planned from first light to last dance, there's sometimes just not enough time to talk to everyone. This is where the afterparty comes in. Step out of your venue and onto a boat for your after celebrations aboard Catalina. Or, if late night’s aren’t your thing, catch some zzz's and join us the next day. It's a destination weekend dedicated to YOU. 

Point 2 Point Transfer

Guests staying in different locations or want that VIP drop off for your lunch booking? Problem solved. We can collect and drop-off from multiple locations along the river, all while entertaining your guests with cruising cocktails and tunes set to the mood.

PRICING

Every Catalina event is dynamically quoted based on seasonal factors customized to your requirements. This means that even if your original date or timing isn't quite within the budget, we can provide options on adjacent dates/times or even alternative months, so you still get the event you're dreaming of. Catalina’s charter fees (that's booking the boat) start from $5400, with catering starting at $25/person and beverage packages (optional) from $55/person. We also have tried and tested itineraries from 2hrs to 5hrs duration to get the structure and timing of your day just right if you need some guidance. Speak to our events team to get things moving. 

ADDITIONS

These aren't for everyone, but they can definitely set your day apart. We're talking about the fun stuff. Welcome cocktails, incredible florals and styling or even arriving VIP style in a classic open timber cruiser (check out Noosa Dreamboats). Pricing for these extras varies based on quantities and suppliers, and if we can't do it in-house, we can certainly put you in touch with the best in the business.
